Description Blueprint Support team is responsible for Release Management, Demand Management, Application Support as well as development and testing of hotfixes. It defines policies, guidelines, processes and controls required for the system stability and its efficient operations. The team works with various stakeholders like end users, project release managers, vendors, service providers, ITSO etc.,Team is responsible for integration and reconciliation of Support and Project requirements, release management and overseeing Transition to Support. Team is also responsible for development and testing of hotfixes.This technical role will lead a small development team to deliver planned, scheduled and emergency hotfixes to the Production system. The requires coordination and stakeholder management with Release Manager, Workstream leads and program architects. This lead is expected to be experienced hands on developer who can guide and mentor junior developers, define coding standards, work with architects to solve complex technical problems. Some degree of support to management is expected to build and maintain coding guidelines, training materials, estimation models and technical documentation. Lead a team of Endur developers to deliver medium to complex hotfixes to Production system. Work directly with the business team(s) and architects to represent IT on design and implementation discussions. Provide application design, development and support for Crude oil platforms. Develop and support custom reports, class events and interfaces between Endur and existing business systems. Coordinate and manage IT related projects to include software upgrades, custom solution development, data consolidation and validation. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate system problem resolution with vendors as needed. Manage complex projects and vendor activities and be able to produce and consume documentation effectively with attention to detail. Maintain proper development, testing, production environments to support business. Work both individually and in a team environment with an aptitude for delivering solutions on time and exceeding expectations. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude as a member of the Support team. Understand how their work contributes to adding value for our Client and supports our mission, vision, and guiding principles. Ability to quickly adopt tasks and progress them to completion. Ability to quickly understand the IT Operations and Support processes within Client Trading as well as within Blueprint. Lead and mentor a small team (8 to 10) of technically strong developers. Ensure timely and quality delivery from a geographically dispersed team. Defend design and technology decisions with stakeholders.Required Bachelor degree in computer science, MIS, or related area.Preferred Associate Manager. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Endur or similar ETRM in a commodity business. Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development using Microsoft Java, and/or .NET platform, C# and associated tools. Minimum of 3 years supporting a commodity business with an emphasis on Crude Oil. Good working knowledge of SQL including writing queries, performance tuning, and database normalization. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete development tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Deep knowledge of atleast one of the commodity trading domains/functions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and team members. Ability to adapt to constantly changing business conditions and thrive in environments with continuous complex and challenging problems. Desire to learn the latest technology use it to build practical, valuedriven solutions. Excellent documentation skills.Business Functions Exposure to trading domains/functions would be a plus.Technical Skills and Applications.
