Description

Description examine version and enhancement documentation for the IT systems maintained by this position, to determine the impact of system changes. Act as a team lead on various upgrade and break/fix projects if requested. Participate in user/developer acceptance and regression testing and coordinate testing by other MarCom team members.Assume responsibility for website uptime monitoring. Manage technical ancillary system (e.g., applying patches, new licenses) if assigned. Participate in afterhours support of all client websites and properties, working in rotation with other MarCom Online Systems and Support (OSS) staff.Resolve technical tickets through programming and other methods that involve enhancements and break/fixes in technical systems that support and improve online engagement for MarCom staff, Recruiting, MI SWACO, client Business Consulting, and other sites as assigned. Answer technical questions from staff on the use of new tools.Implement changes as directed by the OSM and/or OSSM to reduce negative impact and interference with business processes.Provide technical support to project managers who are implementing new websites and online applications.Assist in system upgrade and maintenance.Adhere to development process and workflow and make recommendations to the OSM and/or OSSM for improvements.Support the online systems of acquired companies through web development tasks.Assist in the migration of systems to new frameworks and architectures.Provide programming support to manage integration with client web siteProvide support to newly implemented public websites.Support ancillary applications/systems that are integrated with web properties, including coordination with thirdparty vendors/suppliers.Content system support.Support and enhance reporting technologies (e.g., Google Analytics) that measure visits, impact. Manage relationships with client IT, ATOS Origin, and supply chain as required, to maintain publicfacing client presence to standards.Engage secondlevel support within 1 hour of service event.Maintain and implement patches on a schedule that does not interfere with business processes.Implement changes as directed by the OSM or OSSM for technological improvements.Code to implement break/fixes and patches to current systems.Adhere to the enhancement process and development/implementation of new technologies to support client revenue and recruiting objectives.Support technologies (e.g., OMS) that provide metrics for visits, impact.Assist in the communication of MarCom plans to OSS group, to facilitate planning of downtime, afterhours support, etc.5+ years web development experience with large multivisitor sites preferred. Demonstration of the ability to understand new technology. Proven knowledge of online engagement, web, and general IT concepts. Certification in Sitecore development and database experience, including coding of stored procedures, required.Additional Job Details Ideal candidate would have both server infrastructure skills and .NET programming skills, preferably in ASP.NET, C#. Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
