MAJOR SKILLS NEEDED Voice XML/VXML , IVR, C#, WCF, WPF, MVC, TCP/IPHere is the description that is conceived for the CCCSIVR project. Design and architect fully scalable IVR speech recognition systems. Support specialized IVR speech applications and large applications capable of encompassing entire North American client base. Research and determine the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria, competitive issues, and client and caller requirements. Collaborates with Infrastructure and Telephony counterparts to determine technical interfacing solutions to accommodate marketing, client and caller requirements. Design, develop, test, implement and tune IVR speech recognition applications in a C#/.NET environments utilizing Nuance/Genesys speech recognition and texttospeech technologies. Research and develop solutions to problems discovered by QA and/or product support. Perform systems analysis (statistics, log files, listening to calls) on live IVR applications and provide suggestions to increase call usage. Perform systems implementation analysis for deploying IVR hardware and software solutions overseas. Work with software development groups, support services, business analysts and other IT units to improve the software development process. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BA Degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience as a .Net C# developer, or equivalent Solid understanding of core concepts such as reflection, generics, object oriented design and programming concepts, as well as LINQ, Entity Framework, WCF Solid understanding of the .Net Runtime and Base Class Libraries Familiarity and competence in RDBMS design and TSQL programming Exposure and/or interest in some web technologies is a plus ASP.Net MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery (JavaScript libraries) etc.
