Sears Hometown and Outlet (SHO) Corporate Headquarters is currently undergoing a massive ERP implementation. We are looking for a NetSuite Analytics expert that can create customized suite analytics reports and KPI dashboards for SHO business and work on asneeded technical projects. We are seeking a NetSuite/Suite Analytics expert who can collect requirements and design the best approach to create the needed reporting. This person is responsible to create customized suite analytics reports and KPI dashboards for our business and work on asneeded technical projects.Job Duties/Responsibilities Primary technical resource to finalize business and technical requirements necessary to design, develop, test and implement suite analytics reports Advise on how to leverage outofthebox NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards. Special/other projects as assigned by the department manager Required Skills Application Development experience in NetSuite and Suite Analytics Experience in NetSuite saved searches Strong SQL skills in database (Oracle) technologies Writing complex SQL and enhancing slow running SQLS Functional experience in NetSuite Development of interfaces for supported applications as well as unsupported applications that require integration Experience with Suite Scripts Familiarity with Excel formulas, VBA programming Preferred Skills Dashboarding experience with iCharts/Tableau is a plus Previous experience in a retail environment
