BA/ Project Manager

Job Description At StubHub, Analytics Product Management function is focusing on the needs of business by defining requirements for data and reporting. This area, you will be working closely with technology and cross functional teams, and use the analytics Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in conjunction with the Data Services team to deliver analytics & reporting projects, as well as use JIRA to drive the identification and resolution of data related issues. As an APM Project Analyst, you responsibilities will include Document business and analytics requirement Develop project execution plans based on resource availability Monitor, track and report on progress and issues Coordinate all UAT activities Maintain JIRA logs for open issues, action items, special considerations and required follow up JOB REQUIREMENTS Required skills Bachelor's degree in CS or related field 35 years experience in database design & implementation 25 years experience in BI tools (SAS, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Tableau, or other enterprise reporting tools) 25 years hands on experience using Omniute, WebTrend, TeaLeaf systems. 23 years of SQL script, trigger, & store procedure writing experience preferred but not required Excellent organizational, analytical, & problemsolving skills Demonstrated ability to adapt to an active project environment Experience with application software development Ability to communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle database and a high proficiency in MS Office applications Practical experience with project management tools, i.e. Rally, MS projects, etc. PMP certified a plus Basic Qualifications Technical familiarity with software development life cycle Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and other project planning tools
