Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the MDM solution strategy for PACCARDefine, build and lead MDM Services organization Define and implement Data Governance processes.Define and implement the MDM solution architecture. Define new standards and requirements to support MDM development and deployment globally.Collaborate with the Digital Services management team in developing the Digital strategy and plans. QualificationsMDM industry experience preferably in Retail, Consumer goods or Manufacturing industryDeep understanding of master data management architecture and applications.Experience working with Multiple database technologies for relational, structured, unstructured and multistructured data.Mastering data from multiple data sources including relational and customerdriven sourcesData Governance processes.Integration patterns using legacy and new data sources.Information asset management.Extensive skills in Customer and Product Master Data management with multiple technologies (STIBO, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG etc.).Experience with implementing MDM solutions from a technical and business process perspective.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts in comprehensible business terminology.Experience and ability to socialize the benefits of MDM across various departments
