Performs complex conceptual analyses.Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.Leads functional or segment teams.Motivates and inspires other team members.Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.Supports the development and documentation of medium to high complexity business workflows in a FACETS environment.Provide clear description of problems / issues and presents options for problem resolution.Contributes in developing organizational functional knowledge.Analyzes and authorizes deviations from standards.Technical Demonstrated / verifiable experience with FACETS release 4.7x or newer is preferredMust be familiar with and have direct configuration experience in at least one or more of the following claims, billing, membership, contracts/fee schedules, benefits, and knowledge of related HIPAA, X12 EDI transaction sets.23+ years of direct hands on configuration and or configuration design experience in support of project requirements/specificationsExperience with using the System Development Life Cycle as applied to the FACETS configuration process.5+ years of direct FACETS technical operations skills and demonstrated experiencePayer side health care industry experien is critical.Understanding of the FACETS batch system and capabilities (i.e. order of run, errors, restarts etc).Experience with key word files and their structure.Experience with and understanding of the FACETS underlying RDBM system (ORACLE, Sybase, MS SQL).Experience with and understanding of the various FACETS utilities for performance of specific tasks (e.g. Medicare / Medicaid enrollment).Ability to work with FACETS core tables and update in batch mode or on a specialty basis.Experience working with ancillary systems and products and understanding of how they work with the main FACETS instance (i.e. NetworX , CareAdvance etc).Knowledge of how extensions can be built and used to augment a core FACETS instance (i.e. how data is passed into and out of the main instance for use by extensions).Some configuration experience / knowledge is helpful Assets 1+ years in NetworX configuration.Experience working in a virtual team environment.Relational database experience/ Ability to write SQL queries.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).Proficiency with MS Project.Proficiency with MS Visio.
