Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Five to seven years of experience developing and performance tuning complex Java applications Demonstrated experience designing, developing and testing SOA web services using WebSphere Experience using agile and TDD methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using Hibernate is a plus Experience using MQ is a plus RAD skills highly desired Drools/JBOSS not required but preferred
