Systems Analyst

Description

Candidates must be able to independently gather user requirements, provide installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of complex and/or integrated applications software. This role will define, analyze, document, and provide complex systems parameters to meet user requirements. Additionally, our Client needs these Sr. Team Members to act as mentors (technically and professionally) to other Application Systems Analysts. Each of these new positions will be responsible for authoring and executing research and documentation such as system requirements, change controls, and test protocols.This team works with other IT groups to plan and support systems including Performance monitoring, trend analysis, application tuning, and maintenance of the application life cycle for a variety of systems. Providing support and direction to other Applications Systems Analysts.Participating in development and support of global technology architecture.Some responsibility for managing and collaborating with external software vendors.Must have skills 10+ years progressive IT experience (focused in Systems Support/implementation)5+ years systems analysis experience with at least one of the following Shop Floor Systems, Laboratory Systems or Global Manufacturing Systems. Excellent analytical skills and experience in configuration, change control, verification and validation processes (preferred within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry).Experience with risk management techniques and methodologies are essential, as well as the ability to interact with end users at many levels of the organization. Must have proven experience learning complex business processes quickly and delivering solutions on time with high quality.Preferred Skills Solutions Architect experienceExperience in medical or government validation processes (highly preferred)Experience integrating purchased companies into a corporate systemManagement responsibilities over systems and processesTeam leadership experienceSAP experience/exposure
