Business Analyst/System Tester

Government Price Reporting Program is a program that will provide closure to known gaps in the calculation process. This program (Phase 2/Release 2) will be delivered for all divisions (Medication Delivery, BioScience, and Renal) by implementing Methodology Changes identified by KPMG. With the current focus and scrutiny on healthcare costs, it is critical important that Baxter Healthcare has a sound interpretation of the regulations surrounding government price reporting. This individual will perform the following tasks Create test scripts, execute test scripts, record results, document and escalate defects, retest scripts that have not passed Conduct and participate in all components of solution testing (application, integration, and data conversion) Conduct and participate in all phases of solutions testing (system, integration and regression) Use Baxter defined test defect tracking tool Document and resolve test incidents by following Baxter defined defect reporting process flow. This candidate is required to have the following qualifications 5 years + Experience in unit, system and integration testing 2 years + PL/SQL skills Ability to understand system design requirements to determine which conditions to test and write appropriate test cases. Candidate will need to identify and/or create test data and load into Oracle testing environment Must have excellent documentation and follow up skills High degree of dedication and attention to detail, with ability to work in team setting Good communication skills, verbal, written and listening
