Required Interactive Design and print experienceMust have 5 years experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry standard graphic design applicationsStrong design portfolio demonstrating capabilities and be able to explain role within each projectExperience developing and facilitating usability studiesExperience and examples demonstrating user workflowsSelfmotivated designer who can quickly work with established design patternsProficient in presenting large sets of dataCapable of working on multiple projects with a variety of deadlines Desired Experience in Agile developmentProven experience working on projects within a large team structureFamiliar with 508 and WCAG 2.0Experience with Sketch, Axure, paper prototyping and usability testingResponsive web design experienceExposure to web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3Experience with email marketing, mobile and other interactive design and implementationRich Internet Application design patternsDemonstrated experience coding Web Standards compliant markup using HTML & CSS in an accessible and SEO/Analyticsfriendly mannerCandidate Responsibilites The User Experience Analyst is responsible for the visual design using established Standards and best practice for both internal and external websites/web applications, and graphics. This person will ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets of the online experience, designing websites, mobile applications and any external media.Use experience and skills with visual design, typography, layout, and color theory to create visually appealing designs while adhering to business requirements, design standards and usability best practices.Create visual designs from a combination of user research, user experience artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, etc) and functional specifications provided by Business Analysts.The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, selfmotivated, detail oriented, experienced in designing/manipulating photo imagery, with exceptional typography sensibility and be able to partner with the design team. The ideal candidate will be researching new ideas to engage our online users/shoppers with compelling and interactive experiences, will research trends and keep abreast of new technologies and software. Execution of all projects from concept to implementation.Translate print direct pieces to websites and other external media while maintaining brand and campaign aestheticsBA in Design or similar disciplineUnderstand usability's place in the design process and be familiar with User Centered Design principles and methodologies
