Lead QA Tester

Details of Position The QA Lead will coordinate testing activities including System, Integration,Regression, Stress/Volume and Requirements Testing for both GHOS and theRegulatory and Compliance System (RCS) application. Knowledge and experiencetesting in the healthcare industry, including validation testing (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a must.Must have excellent knowledge of testing processes and methods, applicationdevelopment and systems development lifecycle methodology. Candidate must alsohave excellent analytical capabilities as well as interpersonal and oral/writtencommunication skills. Must have experience leading a test team, creating teststrategies and test plans as well as creating and executing test scripts. Must befamiliar with databases and be able to perform SQL queries with moderately complexjoins. Must be familiar with test tracking tools such as HP Quality Center and SerenaBusiness Manager Defect Tracker.
