CertificationsServiceNow Administration certificationServiceNow Developer certification Required Qualifications 1 to 3 years working with ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer enterprisewide, multitier ServiceNow production environment; or equivalent cloud management platform at the same capacityExperience with workflow orchestration and service catalog designExperience working with Cloud Providers such as Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, Google, others.Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JSON, PowerShell or PythonAbility to script automated processes in ServiceNowExperience working with Configuration Management and Monitoring Tools such as Ansible, Chef, Microsoft OMSAble to utilize web searches combining information snippets and assembling them to a usable documentation or scriptHandson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, especially Remedy, Apptio, LDAP, Active DirectorySolid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI Pages and JellyClient Side and Server Side Scripting (i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.)Client and Server APIs (i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.) Additional Skills Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problemsolving skills are essentialsGood oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skillsEnsures information is accurate and completeSelfmotivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administrationMust be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams
