The QA Engineer will play a critical role in the Quality Assurance department.Candidate will be performing the following duties Creating and executing automated testing scripts for verifying and validating MSSQL 2016 Store Procedures, Functions and Data Verifying and validating complex ETL processes implemented in MS SQL 2018 and MSSQL 2016 SSIS Develop and execute test plans and test cases (both manual and automated). Collaborate closely with other teams i.e. Development, Release Eng., IT and Product Management.Qualifications 35 years of backend and ETL processes software testing experience Minimum 2 years of SQL test automation experience Minimum of 6 months hands on experience working in Azure Cloud Environment Wellversed in ETL processes, performance based systems, and ETL process flow and standards etc. Experience in writing, executing and debugging MSSQL queries Excellent knowledge of MSSQL 2016 Database Systems Working knowledge of Oracle 10g or later Database Systems Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment Experience working in a Microsoft Development environment i.e. Visual Studio 2015, TFS, MSSQL 2016, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Highly energetic, responsible, organized, selfdisciplined, selfmotivated, able to work with little or no supervision BS Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.General CommentsNeed additional support with the current project, working along side out contractor, Sravana. Need ETL, SSIS and MS SQL. Candidates should have experience with automation testing along with Stored Procedures, tables, data, etc. NOT UI TESTING manager doesn't want to see anyone with this experience, it's purely backend testing. Candidates must have heavy database experience, verifying and validating stored procedures, involved in data migration, validating SSMS/SSIS/SSRS, must know how to access tables and validate data.
