Job DescriptionProvide enduser technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems. Provide enduser service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the enduser technical environment. Provides secondlevel technical support for all user devices. Support Information Technology asset management process. Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end‑user technical environment.Provide break/fix support to users.Provide enduser service request fulfillment for installations, move, adds and changes for the enduser technical environment.Provide second level support technical for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs, printers, etc.Support IT asset management process.
