Description
100%support work and need to be committed to thison phone all day addressing ticketstier 2&3. No design work, integration, or deployment. 50% of servers are virtualized, within 23 months, goal is to have them all virtualized must haves XEN App, Xen server, Xen desktop exp, printing within Citrix environment exp (GBE uses thin print as 3rd party product), profile management exp (GBE uses universal profile manager), active directory exp, and must have exposure/exp to large environments. Must have solid communication skills, no hot heads, and must have history of resolving tickets in a reasonable timeframe
