Description
Job Description Responsible for Installation, upgrade, configuration and maintenance of documentum suite Content Server, Repositories, Index Server, Index Agents, Webtop, Documentum Administrator in Solaris. Upgrade documentum from version 6.5 SP2 to 6.7 Migrate documentum suite from Solaris to Linux environment Support User community on documentum related support issues Perform daily maintenance task including day to day break/fix on documentum environment Clone production doc bases to test environments Support Custom Java application which connects to documentum Support Documentum Content Storage Services (CSS) to migrate data Install workflows and object types using documentum application installers Involve in disaster recovery exercises, which involves restoring and configuring documentum from backup tapes Interact with departmental experts and vendor to understand business needs and technical capabilities of documentum Ensured system reliability through periodic monitoring and change management. Responsible for supporting and maintaining Autonomy (formerly Interwoven) TeamSite in Solaris. Involved in user administration task like creating users and roles in TeamSite Support user community who uses TeamSite
