Required Skills Atleast 8 years of experience C# .Net .Net Remoting Concepts Windows Services VB 6.0 COM .Net Interop SQL Oracle Database, MS SQL Server and Informix are used. Job Description Technical expert with responsibility for serving as a subject matter expert through providing technical leadership around projects and support tasks. Duties and Responsibilities Accountable to Interpret business requirements and define technical alternatives, tools, and approach Develop, test, implement and document the technical solution to address the defined business requirements. Work with other team members to define effort estimates, time tables and project plans. Participate with the development team and IT staff as appropriate in the design of solutions. Collaborate with other technical areas to integrate across tiers, platforms, and responsibilities. Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. Plans and conducts module and basic integration testing Manage technical aspects of application to ensure timely and effective implementations Understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps Principal Contacts Scope of the position will include interfacing with all levels of internal employees and senior leaders. May also include dealing with external customers, particularly during audits and customer site visits. Travel Requirements YesIncumbent will be expected to travel for approximately 10% of the assignment. Travel will generally be limited to overnight trips of 12 days duration, although extended trips on an international basis may be required. Language Skills Required Incumbent is required to speak, read and write English Education/Qualifications;Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline is preferred.Certified technical professional in relevant technologies. Experience 8 or more years of relevant experience in 2 or more IT disciplines is required. Is considered an experienced and seasoned professional. Experience in enterprisewide level application development.
