Financials (AR, AP, GL, Cash Mgt) R12 UpgradeOracle EBS Development Lead Oracle Ebusiness suite consultant role will be involved in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and/or ongoing support. Lead and support a team of developers for the EBS upgrade project from release 11 to 12 for Oracle finance modules (AP,AR,GL and Cash Management). Evaluate the changes, customizations and functionality changes between R11 and R12 to help the team migrate successfully to R12. Come up with innovative solutions for business as part of the IFS teams drawing from technical background for workflows that business wants to change e.g. moving to Oracle workflow functionality instead of using Kofax as they do today. Analysis, installation, migration, integration, and the deployment of Oracle ERP and work with internal and external clients in Finance (AR, AP, GL, Cash Management) as well as end users on day to day issues. Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards), complex conceptual designs, application interfaces and interactions, planning and managing programwide application build, test, and deploy activities, identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities and planning and establishing after golive activities. Defining and implementing application architecture models and programming standards and building the application development and maintenance environment for scalable Oracle ERP systems. Planning and managing Application Assessment, Requirements activities, assisting clients in defining key capabilities, validating business requirements, defining application entrance and exit criteria and being recognized as an Oracle ERP subject matter expert. Extensive experience in architecting Oracle ERP systems, implementing and customizing ERP systems to support Receiving, Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management and other related Oracle ERP modules. Leadership of onshore and offshore teams in successful systems integration in the Finance Ability to apply bestpractice architecture disciplines, modeling, processes and concepts. Ability to collaborate, coordinate and act as a SME for internal IT teams like QA, operational support etc. Systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementation as well as upgrade experience. Qualifications 57 years of experience with the implementation of large scale Oracle ERP applications with at least 5 years of Technical Lead experience. 1+ years of experience upgrading/implementing Oracle ERP 12g with expertise in analysis and development which includes analysis, installation, migration, integration and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance modules for upgrade or reimplementation. Excellent understanding of Oracle ERP Financial module. Proficient in custom development of Oracle ERP interfaces for Financial Applications. Bachelors in computer science, engineering, or related technical field. Must Have 5 Years of ERP Technical experience with finance modules ERP Upgrade project experience Hands on Oracle forms, reports development and customization ETL Oracle Database and SQL experience Nice to have EBS R12 experience Noetix Discoverer PL/SQL Datastage
