Position Objectives Develop IaaS automation to scale in provisioning volume, performance and global deployment. Develop highly scalable Cloud Middleware and Automation platform that interfaces with different subsystems. Work with various internal and external teams on defining a set of standard APIs for each application subsystem. Translate functional requirements into technical and API specifications. Work with cross functional teams and lead design discussions on future functions. Mentor and motivate team members to ensure high productivity, collaboration and team work. Required skills 5+ years of Software design and development experience for complex enterprise systems. 2+ years of experience implementing products for private or public cloud for enterprise. Hands on experience with vmware virtualization technologies such as vCloud director, vCenter and vCloud API. Experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Spring framework. Experience in data modeling, SQL development and performance tuning using MySQL. Must be a team player, flexible, selfmotivated and analytical with excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
