ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (nature and scope of position, maximum of 10) Offer support to business customers in dealings with Technology Services and translates requirements into configuration solutions.Design, build and test Facets configuration in support of business requirementsWork directly with business customers and gain expertise in multiple operational areas pertaining to Facets.Participate in functional specification and design reviews, validating configuration aspects. Participate in the development of configuration processes, gaining expertise in one or more functional areas and gaining a general understanding of all functional areas.Work with Facets tables and data models using various analytical tools to extract and assess data.Generate clear and concise documentation and communicate effectively to customers and management.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience. 35 years of healthcare industry experience including but not limited to Managed CareMedical TerminologyBasic Business understanding of Claims Processing, Providers, Benefits and Enrollment
