1. Experience required 8 10 years+ C# / .NET Oracle and/or MS SQL Server (expert must, Oracle preferred) Business applications (expert, must) i. Multitiered, transactional, web and thickclient ii. Best practices .NET architecture 2. Systems Development LifeCycle Agile and/or RUP lifecycle experience (proven) Requirements and Design artifact development i. Documentation development (expert, must) Including UML, Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagramming ii. Ability to develop an indepth understanding of business 3. Worked in multidisciplined teams i. Familiar with requirements development, quality assurance ii. Best practices Coding, developer and other testing 4. Applications Financial, Accounts Payable/Receivables 6. Other Skills / Experience a. Oracle Forms development (11g a plus)b. Excellent communications and interpersonal skillsc. Ability to lead peer and junior developersd. .NET business systems experiencee. .NET architecture experience a plus
