which provides call center services needs a consultant to provide assistance in building a flexible set of components to facilitate standing up outbound calling projects quickly. They want to accomplish the following (or some subset of the following) 1. Pull a file from our client with information about their customers2. Scrub the lead file against various do not call type lists3. Store the information in a database for an application to use4. Select the correct leads to populate a marketing list file to send to a dialer5. Facilitate a screen pop in the application when a specific lead is contacted so the agent knows who they are talking to and why6. The application will need to support robust scripting7. The application will need to support question/answer surveys8. Call data relating to attempts not delivered to agents will need to be harvested from the phone switch for a complete view of treatment9. Various operational reports (segment penetration, agent productivity, sales ) need to be delivered10. Daily response and other client specific reports need to be delivered They wish to build independent technical solutions that they can quickly integrate together to meet changing client needs. They also want to build reusable pieces using a middle tier (Web Services).
