Description
The Customer Service Division at Erie Insurance is seeking a contract project manager to lead or colead Customer Service Division projects that can be either Divisionallyspecific or crossDivisional. This person will partner closely with the IT Project Managers already assigned to these projects. Requirements o Bachelors Degreeo 5 or more years of Project Management experience managing large complex projectso 3 or more years of experience presenting project progress and issues to upper levels of managemento Experience in managing project teams consisting of crossfunctional roles across the business and IT (e.g., business subject matter experts, business analyst, system analyst, software engineers, etc.)o Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from idea generation to deployment and postproduction supporto Strong business and financial acumen o Strong ability to direct the work of otherso Strong leadership skills o Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skillso Strong communications, interpersonal, change management and relationship management skills Preferred o Advanced Degreeo PMP designationo Insurance experience
