Experience with other tools like HP LoadRunner etc. is a plusStrong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, workload modelling, and elicitation of nonfunctional requirements for testingHave handson experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)Good experience in providing Performance Tuning RecommendationsHands on experience in profiling and performance monitoringHandson experience in using monitoring tools like IntraScope, Wily etc.Prior Customer Facing Experience is a MUSTBe able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performanceGood Communication and interpersonal skills are required
