RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Develop new or modify functionality on our existing software products, debug, implement and support C#/.NET/ MVC2. Design, develop, Adheres to and recommends improvements to project coding standards.3. Show Innovation and creativity in solving problems4. Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation.5. Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/JOB SKILLS 1. A minimum of 7+ years software development experience with C# /ASP.NET MVC 2. Passionate about building highquality systems with software implementation best practices3. Strong experience designing and working with ntier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with experience with serviceoriented architectures (SOA).4. Understand interfaces and data flow, architectural bottlenecks and performance limitations.5. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, Professional demeanor, ability to take instructions.6. Proficiency in integrated development environments, including Visual Studio 2010.7. Strong background in ObjectOriented Programming and Design8. Exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills
