ResponsibilitiesAs a successful Datacenter Project Manager, your performance responsibilities will consist of Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activitiesEstablish and enhance strong working relationships with customersCreate and manage endtoend project plans and ensure on time deliveryPlan, manage, and communicate endtoend project plans with stakeholders and teamsPerform day to day project checkin and update to manage project delivery and qualityIdentify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolutionGather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivityWork with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and executionLearn, live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success
