Description
Develops speech enabled applications and call flows utilizing Java and SQL Reviews vendor code to ensure proper execution and standards. Participates in system design improvements and performance enhancements Work with IT and business partners to define requirements for IVR call flows Ensure that the VoIP Configuration Items(CI) are setup properly Assists in coordinating changes to the IVR and all code releases. Maintains application development documentations Contributes to IVR standards development and enforcement Required Skills Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies Strong knowledge and experience with Enterprise Java Application Development. Working knowledge of SQL, querying databases, analyzing SQL Jobs and automated tasks Working knowledge of Splunk, creating dashboards and analyzing log data Ability to script in PowerShell or other similar scripting language. BA/BS in analytical field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science, statistics)
