Job Duties This position requires an experienced .NET application developer to help design, develop and support complex, interactive web applications in support of Project Atlas. It offers the opportunity to perform technical analysis, design, and development. Requires someone who is selfmotivated, has the ability to work independently with strong communication skills, and who has strong problem solving skills.Primary responsibilities include Perform technical design and development. Resolve highlevel functional issues. Provide continuity in application solution decisions. Work in partnership with infrastructure and business areas to develop functional and technical specifications for both existing and proposed solutions. Create, refine and enforce architectural principals, best practices, and standards that enable the team to produce high quality project and asset level products with efficiency. Understand business drivers and strategy to ensure alignment with IT direction. Work in partnership with outsourced development team, other participating applications, and infrastructure teams to manage ongoing defects, issues, and problem resolution both in test and in production.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related areas. 5+ years experience developing web based application software using .Net technologies. Experience with C#. Experience with HTML/ASP/ASP.Net development. Experience with database design & development. Experience with Windows Server 2003/2018 and IIS. Experience using JavaScript. Experience in all stages of life cycle including requirements, design, implementation, and testing. Ability to understand complex business models, vision, and processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follows a project plan, and meets project deliverables. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical deliverables. Ability to think creatively and beyond normal constraints (outofthebox visionary). Strong conceptual, analytical and decision making skills. Outstanding issue resolution skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
