Our organization contributes directly to this mission; we deliver Mobile App software for Medtronics connected insulin pumps and glucose sensors. The IIM Mobile App software development team writes the iOS and Android Apps which connect to our devices to enable our patients to ease the burden of diabetes on their day to day life. We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help us continue to make our products more connected and responsive to patients needs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Connected CareIIM Business Systems Analyst will support development of mobile applications for patients, physicians, and caregivers. This position will focus primarily on mobile health and connected care solutions for Medtronic Diabetes connected insulin pumps and glucose sensors. You will translate highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage requests for change. Strong communication skills are required to work with numerous functional areas and different levels in the organizations. You will have the opportunity to create real value deploying and supporting applications on various mobile devices including iOS and Android. Other position responsibilities include Facilitate & contribute to challenging meetings & discussions with cross functional representatives including sales and marketing professionals. Collect, interpret, document and prioritize business and operational strategies and requirements. Coordinate and help in authoring supporting design, configuration and validation documentations as needed. Work collaboratively with endusers and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the business goals. Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied to Medtronic. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME Education Required Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field Years of Experience 8+ years of IT or SW Development experience with B.A or B.S 6+ years of IT or SW Development with M.A. or M.S. Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required Mobile App requirements and design experience Requirements gathering and process mapping experience DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to serve as go to person for group of analysts and technical resources. Ability to map and translate business process or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa. Experience in coordinating personnel resources from various organizations toward common business goals/standard processes Ability to understand endaudience needs and requirements. Strong understanding of business processes and vocabulary. Ability to work independently. Requirements definition and design specification. Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research. Agile Development Methodology experience highly preferred Mobile phone and tablet software requirements experience highly desired Knowledge of FDA regulations. Medical Technology and/or Life Science industry experience Goal oriented, task driven decisionmaking with a strong sense of accountability. Focused on improving productivity, profitability and business processes; delivering solutions on time and within budget. Experience in HIPAA
