Description Client is seeking qualified candidates for a Windows Active Directory Administrator in Georgetown, KY. This is initially a 6 month contract but has the potential for long term extension. Requirements ExperienceAt least 5 year(s) Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level. Sufficient technical depth to communicate with business and other internal IS Groups at a peer level. The ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of nationwide team of engineers. The ability to be confident and actively participating in team support by proposing and implementing solutions. The ability and confidence in creating roadmaps, making system recommendations and providing excellent customer support. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to create clear and concise documentation. Technical Qualifications3+ years experience managing AD Forest with multiple trusts 3+ years experience maintaining the health of a large Active Directory 3+ years experience administering DNS, WINS, and DHCP Experience configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure. Experience in remediating security deficiencies within the active directory environment. MCSE certification required. Experience with building roadmaps for supporting future direction in the AD environment including DNS, DHCP and WINS decision. Experience migrating Domain Controllers to MS 2018 R2 from 2003 R2 SP2
