DescriptionSeeking qualified candidates for a Business Planning Analyst with our client in Erlanger, KY. This is initially a 6 month contract but has the potential to go longer term. Position would support business/strategic planning, performance, and communication units within the IS Business Planning and Management Office (BPMO). Demonstrate project management knowledge to develop and coordinate long/midrange strategies, standards, and performance metrics for IS Division. Support executive meeting material development and meeting facilitation/coordination. Manage relationships with client affiliates. This candidate must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and organize/facilitate meetings across multiple locations. Business/Strategic Planning, Business Performance, Business Communication/Administration Units Position will be responsible for the following major activitiesSupport the planning, development, and management of IS business planning and performance initiatives.Enforce business planning strategies with understanding of planning processes (business alignment, hoshin, governance, resource planning, etc.) Translate ambiguous and complex themes/ideas to relevant business strategies and develop presentations to support executive communication. Manage IS executive/management meetings, document decisions, and meeting minutes. Facilitate major IS regional and global meeting events. Support division communication framework and sustain division communication tools (e.g. newsletter, IS communications, quarterly meetings, etc.). Support affiliate collaboration/relationships with other client affiliates. Develop and sustain business performance activities related to KPI development/mgmt., PDCA, project mgmt. Develop long/midrange strategic plans, investment plans, standards and goals to align and drive divisional workload to business goals. Understand key business issues of relevant customer including their key metrics and critical success factors. Support and improve regional governance processes for IS initiatives and report progress to executives. Track progress toward commitments and ensure pending and existing projects support the evolving strategy. Support mid/longterm capital budget planning. Produce executive status reports monthly. Travel to central/affiliate locations to support responsibilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Powerpoint, MS Project
