Responsibilities Identifying key stakeholders and creating a stakeholder maps specific to the engagementConduct interviews, ethnography sessions and facilitate crossfunctional discussions / workshopsConduct independent research to support scope and need of specific engagementsAnalyze findings and reframe into business challenges and opportunitiesPartner with User Experience and Architecture team members to facilitate creation of prototypes and solution conceptsCreate presentation materials and gain alignment with stakeholders and ExecutivesDevelop templates and processes for Salesforce IT
