Job Details ResponsibilitiesOrganize and facilitate project planning, daily standup meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrumrelated meetingsTrack and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progressMaintain process documentationEnsure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibilityAssist in the estimation of project resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsAssist as needed with backlog maintenanceAssist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugsAssist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definitionParticipate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards and best practicesAggressively remove impediments that block team progressTechnical SkillsKnowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, XP, BDD etcStrong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, and ability to mentor othersStrong knowledge of various estimation techniques such as Poker card, Fibonacci etc.Strong knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Tasks, Backlog Tracking, Burn Down Metrics, Velocity, Continuous Integration and Testing, ATDD, TDD, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesAbility to take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on timeUnderstand the value of metrics and incremental deliveryAbility to timely generate various agile based reports to management and stakeholders
