8-10 years SAP HR configuration
Independently handle support of HCM module
Working experience on statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM) –
Time management(+ve & -ve) ( Primary)
Organization management,
Personal Administration,
Payroll & Travel Management,
Recruitment,
Training Event Management
Development Experience - Gather/document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical team.
Should have Integration knowledge with other modules of SAP & Third Party system
Exposure of running payroll including the running of payroll reports and forms
Sound knowledge of Local and legal requirements like Tax, ESI, PF LWF and PTAX
