JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years of handson software engineering experience (coding) At least 6 years of handson development of C# enterprise applications (coding) At least 4 years of handson experience with WPF using XAML for desktop application development (coding) At least 3 years of handson MS SQL Server programming experience using ADO.NET, TSQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions and general database design Additional technologies desired MVVM and Expression Blend Knowledge of the legal review and EDRM process a plus INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS A comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies and the demonstrated ability to design and develop complex software systems using Microsoft Technologies Produce quality code according to system design and technical standards Participation in project time and task estimation, code and architecture reviews, and documentation of system architecture Transparent communication and definition of deliverables throughout all phases of the development lifecycle (project definition, process mapping, architecture, coding, acceptance testing, installation, turnover to support, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents software components Adheres to standards for software development set forth by the organization Develops and communicates time estimates for project deliverables Designs and builds elements of integrated systems Maintains and enhances existing software components and systems SKILLS Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problemsolving Must be selfmotivated Customer oriented and able to work in a fastpaced, collaborative team environment Strong organizational and analysis skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Thorough understanding of application design and development EDUCATION BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
