ERP Project Manager

Description

Client is currently seeking an (Oracle) ERP Project Manager to manage over several initiatives. Investigating, defining and evaluating needs. Planning and writing RFP for the ERP system. Acts at the IT point of contact for projects related to the Oracle application. Ensure that decisions are consistent with corporate strategies and future expectations for other products and services. Develop, communicate and drive project schedule commitments. Facilitate Change Management decisions and adjust assignments and expectations accordinglyResponsibilities10 years experience as a highly skilled technical project manager to manage and drive all project efforts including developing project team task and activity listsPreparation of RFP and managing responses including the selection processAt least 7 yearsexperience implementing accounting and finance, Project , HR and CRM solutions in an ERP environment such as OracleAbility to establish rapport, solid working relationships with the project team and the business managementFlexibility and the ability to drive projects through to completion is a mustExperience managing complex cross functional projects and service delivery cyclesVery strong written and verbal communication and excellent leadership skills are requiredExperience with all phases of software product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering.Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and have the ability to allocate appropriate resourcesDemonstrated successful history of working with crossfunctional departments and work teams to redesign processes and roadmapsComfortable presenting and motivating large groupsAbility to objectively/accurately forecast, and map intersections between processes
