DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Drupal application developer to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Web Sales Insurance Consumer group. This individual will contribute to the definition, design and development of high quality Web sites and Webbased solutions. Applications will be primarily developed using Drupal and related technologies; however, a diverse range of experience in multiple technologies is desirable. The successful candidate will be highly selfmotivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies, be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team, producing quality work products with attention to detail.Specifically, the client is seeking Drupal transactional experience, in addition to Drupal content creation and management experience, and Drupal theming. These experiences are essential to this opportunity, as the client is seeking a well experienced web and/or applications development individual. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with system analyst, UI prototypers, SMEs and project team in the development of database driven Web sites. Design, develop, and maintain Web sites and Webbased solutions utilizing Drupal and other Webbased technologies. Help lead a small team for successful web development solutions for greater online presence. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines. Required Skills3+ years of software development experience with Webbased development tools and technologies. 1+ years of experience developing solutions using Drupal (Version 6 or 7). Experience with Drupal theming and common module configuration (view, panels, etc.). Understanding of Web development practices, the software development life cycle, and development in accordance with industry best practices. Extensive familiarity with HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS and JQuery, and JavaScript. Individual needs to have good verbal and written communication and has previous experience leading a small team of 34 Developers.
