Duties Under general direction, gather, define and document highly complex business requirements. Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts. Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. Work with technical staff and business users to problemsolve and identify workable solutions. Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. Ensure testing results correspond to the business users expectations. Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Requirements Bachelors degree or 7 years experience in business process reengineering as a Senior Business Analyst. Experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for implementation into a computer application. Must be able to logically organize thoughts and ideas and communicate both verbally and in created documents. Excellent English grammar is required. Experience working independently within guidelines, developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures. Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office or similar products. Preferred Experience Two years experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or commercial health/casualty insurance organization. Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Visio and Access. Knowledge of HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule and National Provider Identifier. The probationary period allows the State of Nebraska to terminate the Contractor, within the two weeks, without any financial obligation to the State. Covendis Supplier Agreement 7. c) If any personnel placed by Supplier with a Customer is determined by such Customer to be unacceptable for any reason within a period of two weeks following the date that such personnel first provides services to such Customer (in connection with any single assignment), then such Customer may terminate the services of such personnel and not be obligated to pay any amount to Supplier for any services provided by such personnel
