Project Overview One of the things that makes my client amazing is the innovation and infrastructure thatpowers all of our services. Billions of users use my clients products from Search toYouTube and all of those things rely on our Data Centers. These arent like yourstandard Data Center, either, we are at the very edge of technology, hardware andnetworking; and every year as our footprint grows, so does the capacity we need tooperate. The Supply Chain team ensures we are building, delivering and installing thenecessary computing hardware in the right place at the right time to cope with ourgrowth.You will join a new initiative in Supply Chain to expand the scope of an expeditedmachine delivery program to address the evergrowing needs of computing capacityacross my clients data centers. The success of the initiative will have CEO / CFOvisibility.Overall Responsibilities Ensure the dayto day operations of the expedited machine delivery program runssmoothly, as we scale out the program.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Organize weekly operations reviews to coordinate acrossmultiple operations teamsTrack inflight machine orders and work with downstream operations (e.g. logistics,manufacturing, data center operations) to expedite any potential delays.Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve operations efficiency.Additional Responsibilities You closely partner with software engineers building the systems to improve operationsefficiency, and interface with program managers of downstream operations teams.Required Skills Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Technical Fieldincluding Engineering 5+ years of experience in program management Relevantindustry experience in program management (Supply Chain preferred)Strong computer applications skills and excellent attention to detail; quick learner withcreative problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communicator and coordinationskillsNice to Have Skills/Not Required MA/MS/MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, OperationsEngineering or other relevant field.Analytical / Math skills to understand basic supply chain concepts, analyze data andinvestigate issues.Ability to write basic SQL queries.Only Public Parking or Paid Parking is available.
