Years of Experience 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. As a COTS application, L2K/My License Office has been designed to be configurable to support various types of licenses and licensing regulations. Tasks related to this position will include the ability to analyze the current COTS or Oracle database and extract and migrate this data into a new cloud solution. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user request for new or modified program. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or objectoriented development. Work involves assisting in analyzing systems outlines to develop programs for computer applications, writing solution programs, documenting the methods and procedures used in program development, and testing and correcting programs. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Captures requirements using industry standard development frameworks and tools. Converts project specifications, using industry standard tools, such as objectoriented tools and code generation, into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into language processable by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Experience with data migrations and conversions Required 5 Years Experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems Required 5 Years Proficient with writing PL/SQL scripts to retrieve data and create/edit database objects Required 5 Years Experience with Oracle SQL developer or similar database client Required 5 Years Experience with webservice support Highly desired 5 Years
