Job Function To analyze report requirements, design and maintain quality business reports, write program code, test, and support the Companys reporting needs utilizing the Crystal Reports application. Must possess strong SQL and data integration skills to support all business systems reporting functions that fall under the responsibility of the IT Department. Essential Functions Work with all departments to interpret report requirements to provide standard, accurate reports. Develop and produce ad hoc reporting in a timely manner to support the business needs of each department. Design and implement complex adhoc queries and views. Develop a wide variety of easytouse intuitive structured reports using Crystal Reports, including userselected parameters. Take pride in accuracy and appearance of resulting reports. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral. Additional Responsibilities Work independently while also working in a team environment. Acts with a sense of urgency with all requests. Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution. Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure. A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work assignments. Performs related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelors Degree. Minimum 35 years of experience in designing and implementing Crystal Reports. Minimum 35 years of experience working with SQL for the purpose of creating summary tables on which to build Crystal Reports, as well as ad hoc purposes. Strong Microsoft Office skills. A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work assignments. Insurance industry knowledge a plus.
