Project Information Cross Project mostly WebbasedWill move from project to projectTechnologies and Tools Java/J2EE 1.5+Spring 3 (WX/MVC)Hibernate/JPA 2MavenDevelopment Methodology AGILE methodologyScrum 2 week sprintsTeam Dynamics 15 min standup in the morningstraight SCRUM methodologycover what each person did day before and todaySkills Needed Must be willing to move from project to projectProgrammers are moved from project to project to solve problems, not just to programJava 1.5+Spring (any version might do but they should be familiar with using Annotations)Hibernate (better if they used it with JPA)Testing skills JUNit, Selenium (will be responsible for writing test cases)Maven (should have experience writing own maven scripts) Special Notes Willing to learn new technologies must be willing to own work and stay mobile must be experienced in a scrum environment
