Job purposeThe role of Client Conversion Manager will be responsible for comprehensive, highquality rollout of Healthsource Healths revolutionary cloud based health information sharing platform within a given region of our nationwide footprint. The Client Conversion Manager will work at the tip of the spear, helping us disrupt an industry by partnering with our local management teams, our clients and other support functions to plan, schedule and monitor implementations to ensure a complete business solution is delivered on time with a high level of customer and internal satisfaction. Duties and responsibilitiesComprehensive management of all Healthsource implementations within a given regionPrimary internal and external point of contact for all implementation related mattersPartner with necessary client business and technology functions as well as external vendors (as needed) to ensure the successful implementation of multiple concurrent projectsEnsure implementation team is constantly aware, highly engaged and following protocolSets clear, measurable expectations with client and manages project scopeIdentifies, resolves and/or escalates project issues, and assists client management with the task of managing overall project risks QualificationsDemonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, fastpaced environment while balancing multiple priorities simultaneouslyProcessminded management of matrixed, clientfacing teams on tight deadlinesGeneral intolerance of problems and proven topdown, constructive problem solverKnowledge of Health Information Management within acute care, ambulatory and clinic setting preferredBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or similar fields or equivalent work experience in a healthcare settingRoad warrior willing to travel 75%+ of the time
