Position Qualifications Experience as a certified Salesforce AdministratorKnowledge of Visualforce controllers and Apex codingProficient in developing Workflows and unitizing Process BuilderUnderstands the importance of Entity (Object) Relationships and how to implement them in Salesforce, via lookups, masterdetail and custom junctionsExperience developing on the Java and/or force.com platform & API'sStrong understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns as well as various user based security modelsStrong understanding of HTML and CSSExperience with Javascript frameworks such as Angular JS, Jquery and/or ExtJSAble to design and configure security/sharing rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles and profilesDesired Traits Bachelors Degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of related experienceExperience developing in an enterprise environment source code control, continuous deployment, release managementUnderstanding of Scrum and/or Kanban software developmentAbility to learn quickly and be a selfstarterCertifications in Salesforce is a plusAbility to clearly articulate solutions; verbally and in writing
