Look for someone strong with AWS, Node.JS, Groovy and Mircoservices & Spring Boot.Strong software engineering skills (preferably in Java and / or Groovy)Knowledge of network transport technologies (HTTP / REST / JSON)Experience on microservices development, NodeJSExperience with IoT protocols (Zigbee / ZWave) a plusWorking knowledge of GIT for source controlExperience working with external partners and vendors to deliver customerfacing productsUnderstand home automation partner usecases and assist with implementationUnderstanding of Cloud AWS preferredExperience on AWS Lamda, Google home assistant, Alexa is preferredB.S. In Electrical / Computer Engineering or Computer Science57 years software engineering experiencePreferred Qualifications1) Experience with programming for rapid prototyping / maker platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi2) Experience with threading and interrupt driven programming a plus3) Experience using OAuth providers for access control (open source libraries)
