Understand MMC business, current and envisaged business and IT models, be a part of the core group of architects to execute tactical and strategic initiatives2. Tactical initiatives include1. working with Project Teams at a Sprint level to ascertain implementation as per recommended architecture2. getting involved with partner teams on technical requirements and ascertaining smooth integration of all applications with one another3. sizing and related verifications of stories / tasks / other deliverables4. helping MMC with internal and external audits wherever required on technical and business fulfillment grounds3. Strategic initiatives include1. Recommending options for technology migrations / replatforming and other transformation / development initiatives2. Executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps, feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile, interoperable, can coexist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective4. He / She should be knowledgeable of security, infrastructure requirements and sizing such that inputs could be provided to MMC Support teams accordingly5. Handson skills in technology is a primary requirement6. Encourage and Execute thought leadership on E2E implementation of Applications including1. AEM 6.x is mandatory skill2. AEM Analytics3. Angular2/CSS3,4. ServerSide JavaScript & Servless Architecture,5. Understanding of Content Management Systems,6. Strategies to automate testing at all tiers,7. Strategies integrate projects into the DevOps framework,8. Ability to upgrade to and evangelize upcoming frameworks, patterns, APIs and related technologies by self9.
