ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of IT program/project management for all Supply Chain/ERP initiatives impacting IT scope, schedule, budget, resource, risks, issue management and quality controlsManages complex multifaceted / interrelated projects that span across multiple competencies or department boundariesManage the cross project/program dependencies and ensure alignment on all fronts (Scope, resources, budget, timeline, risks/issues, communication, etc)Communicates and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and address the issues as they occurDrives the development and execution of program / project plans to meet objectives of Supply Chain/ERP initiatives within IT portfolioSet the overall strategy, objectives and plan for the programFacilitates and manages scope, resource planning, cost estimation, risks, issues, and cost control.Plays both program/project manager role based on size of the portfolioAligns and tracks overall program / project cost to portfolioAbides by Zebras project management methodologies and assist in keeping the methodologies currentEnsures project resources are properly identified and their project role and responsibilities are clearly definedIdentifies project risks and implements a risk management planAssists in major business process project tracking, recommendations for process improvements and use of best practices to accelerate adoption and implementationCreates and maintains dashboards to track project performanceKeeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factorsEnsures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverablesProvide technical and process guidance to project teamPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsBS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or related field. Masters preferred10+ years of program / project management and implementation experience in the Supply Chain/ERP area with minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle ERP implementation.Strong functional and technical knowledge / understanding of Supply Chain/ERP applications.Strong knowledge of IT program / project management principles and techniquesProven ability to collaborate and lead global crossfunctional business and IT teams for requirements, design, development, testing and deploymentGood understanding of financial management and budgeting / forecasting, as well as procurement and contract negotiations across the programExcellent leadership, facilitation and communication skillsStrong experience in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies along with CMMI, Digital Six Sigma and ITIL practices. Ability to coach / mentor less senior PMs in PM fundamentalsStrong customer relationship, facilitation, team building and collaboration skillsAbility to develop, maintain, control and drive budgeting processAbility to create and maintain project/program dashboards for providing the overall project/program statusAbility to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skillsAdvanced skills in PC based documentation tools including, MS Office, Projects and sharepointMust have excellent written and verbal communication, change management and strong organization skillsExperience in leading large global crossfunctional teamsPMP certification preferred
