Description Lead the planning and execution of multiple large complex projects Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities and is highly organized Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Deliver user interface design documentation outlining back end interfaces to support business functionality and application development Work closely with business units to gain indepth understanding of business issues; identify, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications Analyze and identify any trends and provide recommendations to improve customer contact experience Assess risks to project time, quality and scope and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals Document programs and specifications, streamlining workflow for future executions Update all required project documentation in Company repository Ability to understand technical details and lead the team through HLD design walkthroughs Monitor, aggregate and communicate program status, details and reporting to all stakeholders Work crossfunctionally with designers, software development engineers, quality assurance engineers, business development and product managers ensuring that all teams understand both strategy and goals Provide clear, concise and professional communication to external partners and effectively manage their deadlines and deliverables throughout a project Develop production schedules, best practices and training documentation for endtoend campaign management and execution. Effectively manage projects through use of appropriate resources and processes, developing workflow steps, involving creative development, execution and production Contribute to the launch of by participating in user interface design, usability testing, requirements definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, and launch efforts Required qualifications 5+ years in product, account, or project management Bachelor's degree required Proficient in Microsoft Office products (including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Gsuite Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills; team player Flexible, Professional & Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Digital technology and Telecommunications industry experience is highly desired Experience in multiple Technology domains including expertise in web, mobile and other digital technology platforms
