Healthcare and Salesforce experience -- will be given first preference Submit a resume and portfolio and will need to complete a design challenge. No one factor will determine qualification. Looking for how they think workflow/process. Looking for 5+ years of experience in UX Design wire framing user workflows etc. Minimum of a 4-year degree in Design or a related field. Ideally healthcare background will shine through here not a deal breaker but up there with what manager is wanting Skills: Design: Competent in application design based on user-centered design practices. Able to work independently but not considered an authority or mentor on the topic. Research: Fundamental understanding of user research techniques and is able to conduct research under supervision. Strategy & Community: Fundamental understanding of evangelizing design practices and working within a large community of professionals Leadership: Fundamental understanding of leadership and an ability to foster the skills of more junior team members.Description
This designer will work on two current CareTeamHub projects, which sit on the Salesforce platform.
Looking for 5+ years of experience in UX Design, wire framing, user workflows etc.
Purpose
Supports FMCNAs mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.
The Senior UX Designer will directly contribute to user experience designs and business/user process engineering for digital products and services across Fresenius Medical Care.
The Senior UX Designer will participate in the creation of user experience standards, system usability guidelines & standards, page template guidelines and the processes to create deliverables on time and of high quality.
The Senior UX Designer will also ensure all digital user experience designs for the projects they facilitate supports the achievement of business objectives.

- Manages client expectations as the key client interface for project execution management (status and quality assurance). Work with people within your bubble.
- Helps organize and drive research plans for providing guidance to more senior team members
- Supports proposal presentations by demonstrating subject matter expertise, delivery, scoping, and planning.
- Poised under pressure. Able to think on one's feet.
- Prepares and coordinates development of quality deliverables.
- Aware and able to draw from knowledge base of company-wide deliverables, templates, and best practices.
- Participates in the development and review of key strategic deliverables.
- Follows project standards and applies best practices.
- Mentoring other more junior individual contributors. Participating in design review and feedback sessions.
- Solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates. Able to provide team education and guidance across all potential tools.
